SolFarmer Guide

ROI calculator: what a rig actually costs you

Every number here comes from the game client's own roster and economy constants. Pick a rig, see how much hash rate it buys, how much room power it eats, what it earns per day and how long it takes to pay itself back.

Read this before trusting any "profit" number. In SolFarmer power is not an electricity bill — it is the watt budget of the room the rig sits in (2,000 W in the starter rack, up to 50,000 W in the Industrial Complex). Real-world kWh prices do not apply. Efficiency in this game means how much hash rate fits inside a room, and that is what the H/s per W column measures.

The calculation

Claims per day matters because the client caps the pending-earnings window at 8 hours: three claims a day collect the full 24, one claim collects a third of it.

Calibrate with your own numbers (recommended)

The client ships its earnings rate as a fallback: the live value comes from the server and can differ. Open the game, read your total hash rate and your pending SOL for one day, put both here — the whole page, table included, recalculates on your personal rate.

Using the client's default rate (0.00000023 SOL per H/s per minute). Fill both fields to switch to your own.

Hash rate—H/s total
Power draw—W total
SOL per day—at the claim rate above
Value per day—gross, before any fee
Payback—days to earn back the price
H/s per SOL—capital efficiency
H/s per watt—room efficiency
Fits in starter rack—12 slots, 2,000 W

Room power budget

Rooms are the real constraint after level 1: each has a slot count and a watt ceiling, and the cheaper-per-watt rig packs more hash rate into the same room. This table uses the rig selected above.

The green row is the best in the current sort. Payback uses one unit of each rig at your SOL price and claim rate, so it is comparable across tiers; it ignores merge bonuses, quests, chests and PvP, which is why real play earns somewhat more than this table.
