SolFarmer beginner guide: the first fifteen levels without wasting a week
SolFarmer does not explain itself well. The two currencies look alike, the XP table is hidden in screens you have opened three times, and the level 9 wall arrives before you understand why. Everything below comes from playing the game with a free account and no deposits — including the mistakes.

1. The two currencies: SOL vs SSOL
This is the single most expensive confusion in the game. They look interchangeable and are not.
| SOL | SSOL (shop currency) | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Real Solana, in your account balance | Internal currency for miners and fusing |
| Comes from | Your farm mining over time | Deposits, marketplace sales, quest and arcade rewards |
| Can you withdraw it | Yes, to a Solana wallet | No. It is meant to be spent inside the game |
| Spent on | Only cashing out | Miner shop, merge fees, rig upgrades |
SOL drains out slowly, SSOL drains out instantly. Every purchase and every fusion (merge) is paid in SSOL, including the merge fee, which scales with the level of the miner. Racing fusions on an empty balance is how new players burn their only cash.
2. Rack slots are your real constraint, not money
The first room gives you roughly 12 slots, and a slot is worth far more than any one miner. SBloccare spazio frees progress:
- Fill all 12 with low-tier miners and growth stops flat, no matter your balance.
- Merge to compress. Two of the same miner fuse into one higher tier: same or better hashrate, one fewer slot. Two Lv1 become Lv2, two Lv2 become Lv3, and so on.
- Space = income potential. Freeing four slots to place four bigger miners is worth more than a shop discount.
3. How XP really works
There is no hidden XP source. Three actions, all on the rack:
- Buy a miner from the shop — XP.
- Place it on the rack — XP.
- Merge it — the largest payout per action.
Which means the fastest level routine is: buy pairs of the cheapest miner the shop sells, place both, fuse them. Repeatedly. Levels 1–8 move fast; the curve then deliberately tightens.
The level 9 wall
Around level 9 the XP requirement jumps: roughly 6,400 XP needed passively vs 8,100 current in one playthrough, a gap that no amount of waiting closes. Two honest ways through it:
- Free (slow): keep buying and fusing the cheapest miners as small batches of SSOL arrive from arcade and quests. Weeks, not hours. This is the design.
- With a deposit (fast): a small deposit converts to SSOL, buys dozens of mid-tier miners in one go, and the XP lands in minutes. This is the moment the game wants you to hit.
Prefer the free route? Then stay patient and keep the daily loop running — there is no trick that skips the wall without currency behind it.
4. What to buy, and when
Do not queue up expensive miners on credit while the rack is crammed. The order that works:
- Fuse everything first. Free, gives XP, opens space.
- Then buy by hashrate per slot, not by price. A cheap miner that costs a slot and returns pennies of hashrate is the most expensive item in the shop.
- Watch the power draw. Too many rigs without matching power caps the room; add capacity alongside miners or hashrate sits unused.
| Miner | Level | Hashrate | Shop price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic Validator | 1 | 0.01 H/s | 0.001 |
| Nano Validator | 1 | 0.05 H/s | 0.005 |
| Budget Staker | 2 | 0.2 H/s | 0.02 |
| Dual Node | 3 | 0.5 H/s | 0.05 |
| Pi Validator Cluster | 4 | 0.8 H/s | 0.08 |
| GTX Validator | 5 | 1.2 H/s | 0.12 |
| RX Staker | 6 | 1.5 H/s | 0.15 |
| Quad Validator Server | 7 | 2 H/s | 0.2 |
| GTX Pro Validator | 8 | 2.5 H/s | 0.25 |
| 12-Node Motherboard | 10 | 3.5 H/s | 0.35 |
Higher tiers exist up to the legendary rigs (the roster currently lists 48 rigs across four rarity tiers: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary — four ranks up from the numbers above). Read the hashrate-per-slot column in your own shop before buying; unlock levels gate most of them.
5. What unlocks at each level
- 1–8 — Tutorial pace. Rack, power, shop, quests.
- 9 — The wall. From here the game stops being generous.
- 10 — The Forge. Burns 3 miners to give back something rarer than any of them — the SSOL sink that keeps the economy tight. Next story chapters unlock here too.
- 15 — The Camp. Send Farmers on expeditions across crystal forests, lava pits and icy peaks, loot up to Cosmic tier, forge mythic variants and earn new miners entirely outside the shop. This is the single biggest free-to-play unlock in the game: expeditions are the only meaningful path to a good rig without depositing.
6. The daily loop that is actually worth doing
- Lucky Box — one free chest per day. Click it. Rewards are small but they cost nothing.
- Daily Arcade — 8 mini-games, one play each, with a daily SSOL prize pool (the top of the table takes ~30%, the rest split the residual). Five minutes a day, every day.
- Bounties — daily and weekly checklists. They are fixed milestones, not daily randoms; new tiers appear as you progress rather than rotating. Claim everything completed.
- Streaks — daily logins compound. Miss a day and the multiplier resets.
- Research Lab — every upgrade is permanent and compounds on hours of idle time. Do it while you are in the game.
- Merge and buy in small batches as SSOL arrives from the above. Do not save for one monster purchase.
What not to bother with
- The arcade leaderboard. Top daily scores run into the tens of thousands of points; these are scripted runs, not human play. The prize pool's top cut is not a realistic target — treat the arcade as a small fixed daily income.
- Guilds as an income source. Guilds give a social layer and a hashrate boost, but the boost is measurably tiny at low membership lives, and most serious guilds require 100+ H/s to join. Ignore recruit messages demanding deposits; a guild that wants money ready should not matter for you yet.
- Anything that promises SOL for watching ads in your free time. Prospective income on the free tier is measured in cents per week. Play it because you like it, not because you are being paid.
7. Withdrawing your SOL
- Minimum withdrawal is 0.1 SOL. Below it the request button will not accept the transfer.
- You need a Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare and friends) to receive — playing never required one.
- Withdrawal is a two-step operation: request, then confirm the transaction.
- Keep the address clean. Send to your own verified wallet; a wrong Solana address is not reversible.
Everything else in the shop — SSOL, miners, upgrades — is not withdrawable cash. It is game board.
8. Referring friends (and what I get)
SolFarmer does not run a refer-in-the-app scheme: your code only exists for a new account, is only read at sign-up, and pays the referrer 5% of a referred player's deposits (3% and 2% on the tiers beneath them). If you are creating your account anyway, use E62B37FF — same deal for you, a couple of euros for me. If you would rather not, enter no code; it changes nothing about your game.
